I just genuinely think she is a little too hard core. I think she is entitled to getting her support I would think she would be relieved to have all of the arrears paid but she actually tried to screw with his ssdi and then when he got approved anyway she was mad about it. For the record, I didn't believe him when HE told me she had sent crap to social security trying to stop his disability I thought and I quote, "she would never be that stupid or mean." Then she SAYS THAT SHE DID IT AND PROVIDES A COPY OF HER SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT AND ALL THE "PROOF" (ie, the -) TO THE COURT. Right in front of me. Understand, me and his other ex have talked before we have joked together before and she is on my we had the same philosophy regarding support you pay for the kid no matter what, and support is getting paid back for what you have already spent. If the support doesn't come reliably you have to not rely on it. Its frustrating but I actually agree with her philosophy on this. One time when he made a large payment to her like $ , she got a tramp stamp tattoo and put a picture on and said "- support tattoo." as the title. Then she had a picture of her sky diving and again referenced "thanks for the support." I think she is TOTALLY allowed to do that with her money. I understand and get that she pays for the kid % of the time weather she gets paid or not, and when his random big payments came in she gets to go crazy with it. My point is just its not like she is needing this money for the kid. She doesn't spend it on the kid. The support has basiy just been her party money. So when you treat the support money that way You are still owed the money It doesn't justify not paying the just I would think you would be more laid back about it. She is not more desperate for money than me she does fine, not splended but ok. And now she is completely current and going to get the money reliably, I just don't get the lack of relief and the anger. If she were really struggling I could understand but he is disabled, living below the poverty line, and literally qualifys for food stamps neither one of us ever got public assistance.
